Each property has been lovingly converted from a 17th century coach house to provide the perfect escape from the distractions of day to day life. The farm is surrounded by open fields and breath taking views of rolling countryside. Seaville is a quiet and peaceful location ideal for relaxing walking or enjoying the stunning countryside and is situated just 4 miles from the Victorian seaside town of Silloth on the unspoilt Solway Coast. Golfers can enjoy Cumbria s finest golf course at nearby Silloth. There are ample opportunities for sea fishing and the Solway coast marshes are extremely popular with bird watchers. Ideally located close to the market town of Keswick and the Roman port of Maryport. The properties offer you the perfect base to discover the whole of the Lake District and all its attractions including Newlands Adventure Centre The Lakes Distillery and Go Ape Tree Top Adventures. Outside: shared courtyard to the front of the property and shared grass area. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Additional info: there is an on-site farmhouse tea-room and a laundry room available at an additional cost. Location: pub and shops 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm. The beautifully restored first floor apartment offers TWO bedrooms: 2 doubles both with en-suite shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV DVD.
